Working with the CoachMate team, I assisted with the assets leading towards the launch of Football New Zealand on their coaching platform. This included analysing their existing assets along with their social media profiles (LinkedIn and Instagram) to improve their engagement and spread awareness of their purpose.
I was also apart of creating their white paper, "Keeping girls in the game" - a how-to guide with practical tips and actions for coaches and educators, parents and supporters and sports organisations to create a positive physical and psychological environment where girls can thrive in order to keep them in the game for life. The white paper included 7 recommendations for keeping girls and young women in the game with "Cheat Sheets" for parents, guardians, and supporters, coaches, sports organisations, and schools.
CoachMate is an app-based platform, which unites sports communities, equips coaches, volunteers, and supporters with the tools they need to provide exceptional experiences that keep kids in the game. They believe that anyone supporting a child's journey in sports is a vital part of their coaching community. With CoachMate, now everyone can coach, especially the coach.
